You are a co-owner of a PPE managed by Bagnes Immobilier. The iGère portal gives you 24/7 access to everything we hold for your co-ownership: statements, AGM minutes, technical files, committee communications.
What is iGère?
iGère is a professional property-management software, developed in Switzerland and used by managing agents and PPE administrators across French-speaking Switzerland. It integrates accounting, document management, AGMs and a web portal for co-owners.
Bagnes Immobilier chose it for three concrete reasons:
- USPI Valais compliance: accounting modules and AGM templates follow Swiss professional standards.
- Data hosted in Switzerland: your statements never leave Swiss servers.
- No spreadsheet patchwork: a co-owner who needs their 2024 statement downloads it in two clicks, without contacting us.

Status of your running charges, upcoming deadlines (capital calls, AGMs), latest committee communications.
Individual statements
Your detailed annual statement: common charges, renovation fund, ECA insurance, water, heating. PDF download, 10-year archive.
PPE documents
AGM minutes, administration and usage rules (RAU), maintenance contracts, works quotes, CECB. All in one place.
Email notifications
Automatic email on every important upload: new AGM notice, signed minutes, quote pending approval, claim filed.
What happens behind the scenes
On the administrator side, iGère does much more than what you see. To give you a sense of the rigour in the background:
- PPE accounting compliant with the RPC standard and the USPI chart of accounts.
- Automatic generation of quarterly capital calls and individual annual statements.
- Arrears tracking: automatic reminders, late-payment interest calculated per the RAU, full audit trail.
- AGM notices respecting legal deadlines (30 days minimum), proxy management, minutes generation.
- Multi-year maintenance plan: renovation fund provisioning calculated for each PPE, not an average.
- Compliant with Swiss FADP (federal data protection act): access logging, right to be forgotten, explicit consent.
Security & compliance
- Encrypted individual access: every co-owner has their own credentials. You only see what concerns you.
- Hosted in Switzerland: your data stays on Swiss territory, no transfer outside CH/EU.
- Daily backup: all data is backed up nightly with 30-day retention.
- Two-factor authentication available on request for privileged accounts (committee chair).
- Annual audit of the accounting by an external trustee, result available in your space.
How to log in
- Receive your credentials via email at the address declared at the AGM. If you didn't receive anything, write to info@bagnesimmobilier.ch with your name and PPE.
- Open the portal by clicking the link in the email, or directly at the URL provided for your PPE.
Portal URL: to be confirmed (e.g.portail.bagnesimmobilier.ch/my-ppeorbagnesimmobilier.igere.ch). - Set your password on first connection. Enable two-factor authentication if you are a committee chair.
Frequently asked questions
Is the portal paid for co-owners?
No. iGère portal access is included in the management fees you already pay via your common charges (USPI Valais scale).
Can I see other co-owners' data?
No. Each co-owner only sees their own statements and personal documents. Common documents (AGM minutes, regulations, contracts) are visible to all PPE members.
What if I don't use the internet?
No problem. All important documents (notices, signed minutes, annual statements) are also sent by post. The portal is a complement, not an obligation.
What happens if I sell my unit?
Your portal access is disabled on the date the sale is signed. Data is kept for 10 years for accounting (Swiss legal obligation), then deleted on request.
