What data we collect
- Via the audit form: name, email, PPE name, number of units, village, phone (optional), dated consent.
- Via Calendly booking: name, email, selected slot, any Calendly question answers.
- Technical logs: IP address, user-agent, timestamp — temporarily stored by our host Vercel for security purposes.
Why we collect it (purposes)
- Reply to your audit request and contact you back.
- Organise the meeting and produce the audit report.
- Ensure site security (abuse prevention, technical logs).
We do not send newsletters and we do not engage in unsolicited commercial prospecting. No data is sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.
Legal basis (GDPR / Swiss FADP)
Processing based on your explicit consent (box ticked when submitting the form) and, once the relationship is engaged, on the execution of pre-contractual and contractual measures you request.
Processors and transfers
To run the site and handle your request, we use:
- Vercel Inc. (USA, EU-US DPF certified) — hosting of the site and serverless functions.
- Airtable (USA, EU-US DPF certified) — structured storage of audit requests.
- Resend (USA) — transactional email delivery (prospect confirmation, agency notification).
- Calendly (USA) — online meeting scheduling.
These providers offer sufficient contractual guarantees (DPA, standard contractual clauses, DPF certifications). Transfers outside the EU/Switzerland are covered.
Retention
- Leads that did not convert: 24 months after last contact, then deleted.
- Prospects who became clients: duration of the contractual relationship + 10 years (Swiss legal obligations).
- Technical logs: 90 days maximum.
Your rights
Under the Swiss FADP and the GDPR, you have the following rights:
- Access, rectification, erasure of your data.
- Restriction, objection and portability of processing.
- Withdrawal of consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
- Complaint to the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
To exercise your rights, simply email info@bagnesimmobilier.ch. We respond within 30 days at most.
Cookies
This site does not set any advertising cookies or third-party analytics. The only external scripts loaded are those of Calendly (for the booking button), which drop their own cookies only if you open the Calendly window. See their privacy policy.
