How does taking over an existing mandate work?

We coordinate the handover with the outgoing manager over 2 to 3 weeks. Archive transfer, accounting takeover on the 1st of the month, owner communication. Nothing falls between the cracks.

Are you compliant with the Swiss Code of Obligations and USPI practices?

Yes. Bagnes Immobilier strictly applies the Swiss Code of Obligations, each PPE's administration and usage regulations, and USPI Valais practices. Official documents are reviewed by our legal adviser.

Can you manage PPEs with short-term lets?

We look after mixed-use residences in Verbier / Val de Bagnes with caretaking, dedicated regulation clauses, and oversight of any friction between resident owners and seasonal landlords.

Who owns the PPE's bank account?

Always the PPE — never us. We operate under authorised signature with dual control. You keep control; we handle execution.
